个人简介:
盛任,2020年7月毕业于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院获得工学博士学位,主要从事新型高性能半导体光电器件方面的研究工作,特别是针对面向柔性显示和健康照明的高性能有机电致发光器件(OLED)的设计和制备方面的研究。迄今在Adv. Opt. Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, IEEE Electr. Device L., Opt. Lett.等知名杂志发表SCI论文40余篇,先后主持参与国家自然科学基金项目、山东省重大科技研发计划、吉林省重点科技攻关项目等科研项目。
