  本科博士毕业于华中科技大学，曾赴美国西北大学进行联合培养，曾于南京航空航天大学任教，至今于烟台大学工作。主要从事半导体材料与器件方向研究

主持科研项目：国家自然科学基金、博士后面上项目、省自然科学基金等。
